30-Day Return Policy
Unique Stone Lab accepts eligible returns requested within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, jewelry must be unworn, unused, unaltered and in its original condition. Please return the item with its original packaging and any documentation included with the order.
Items showing wear, damage, alteration, missing components, or work performed by a third party may not be eligible for return.
How to start a return
Contact Unique Stone Lab at uniquestonelab@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery before sending your item back. We will provide the return instructions and return address.
Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for voluntary returns under this 30-day return policy. Unique Stone Lab does not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return postage for voluntary returns.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and appropriate shipping coverage for the value of the jewelry. The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it is received by Unique Stone Lab, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from an error by Unique Stone Lab.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. If approved, the eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Your legal rights
This voluntary return policy does not limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where applicable law requires different treatment, including responsibility for return costs in a statutory cancellation situation, those legal requirements apply.
